What is a ceramic coating?

A ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that chemically bonds with your vehicle's factory paint. Once cured, it forms a hard, glass-like layer that a wax simply can't match — one that lasts years instead of weeks.

  • Bonds to your paintIt becomes part of the surface — it won't wash away or break down like a traditional wax or sealant.
  • Repels water & grimeExtreme hydrophobics sheet water, dirt and road film straight off the paint.
  • Locks in the shineApplied over corrected paint, it delivers a deep, wet, mirror-like gloss that lasts.

How we coat your car

A coating is only as good as the prep beneath it. We never cut corners — every step is done by hand before a drop of coating goes on.

1
Step 01

Deep Decontamination

A thorough hand wash, iron removal and clay treatment strip embedded contaminants so the paint is truly clean.

2
Step 02

Paint Correction

We machine-polish away swirls, scratches and oxidation to restore true depth and clarity before coating.

3
Step 03

Coating Application

The ceramic is applied by hand panel-by-panel and leveled precisely for an even, flawless bond.

4
Step 04

Curing & Inspection

The coating cures in a controlled space, then we inspect under lighting to confirm a perfect finish.

Coated my truck a year ago and it still beads like day one. Washes in half the time now and the gloss hasn't faded a bit. Worth every penny.

Ceramic coating, explained

It depends on the coating and how the car is maintained. Our entry coating lasts one to two years, while our professional-grade packages are rated for five to eight-plus years. All coatings hold up best with regular maintenance washes and an annual inspection.

Yes. A traditional wax lasts weeks to a couple of months, while a professional ceramic coating chemically bonds to the paint and lasts years. Ceramic provides far stronger UV, chemical and scratch resistance, plus a deeper gloss and easier washing.

A ceramic coating adds a hard sacrificial layer that dramatically reduces light swirls and wash-induced marring. It is not bulletproof — it won't stop rock chips or deep scratches — but it makes day-to-day paint care much more forgiving.

Always. A coating locks in whatever is underneath it, so we decontaminate and machine-polish the paint to remove swirls and oxidation first. This paint-correction step is what gives a coated car that deep, mirror-like finish.

Simply wash it with a pH-neutral shampoo every couple of weeks and avoid automatic brush car washes. We also offer an annual coating maintenance and inspection to keep the hydrophobics and warranty in top shape.

In most cases, yes. Ceramic coating needs a clean, dry, covered space to cure properly. If your garage works, we can come to you; otherwise we can arrange installation at our facility. Contact us and we'll confirm the best option for your vehicle.
